CONDITION GUIDE

10 - Everyone has a different opinion on what is considered a "perfect Pop", for this reason we do not use 10 as a rating for our Pops.

9.5 - Near mint 

9 - 1 or 2 hardly noticeable flaws that are only visible at very close inspection

8 -  2 minor damage

7 - 1 moderate damage + 2 minor damage

6 - 1 heavy damage + 2 moderate damage

5 -  2 or more heavy damage

SHIPPING POLICY

Zam! Collectibles take great pride in packaging your Pops with great care so that each customer receives their item(s) in the same condition that they are sent. Packaged item(s) will be wrapped in bubble wrap, including additional packing paper to fill any empty spaces within the box. If your item(s) appear to be damaged during shipping, please fill out a contact form in the 'Contact Us' page and we will get back to you within 24 hours to resolve any issues.

Tracking number will be included for all orders. Shipping rates will be calculated based on location and package weight/size. Please allow 2-3 business days for your package to be processed and shipped out.

Shipping in the Canada: 1 - 5 business days

Shipping in the United States: 3 - 8 business days

RETURN POLICY

Zam! Collectibles has a flexible return policy for any damaged Pops. The customer has 10 days upon receiving any damaged item(s) to be eligible for a return and refund. Who pays return shipping will be decided based on the circumstance. If a mistake was made on our end, return shipping will be covered through us. Otherwise, the customer will be reliable to pay for the return shipping and will receive their refund.
